Circle C Baptist Ranch was founded by Pastor Jeff Fugate. He is the Pastor of Clays Mill Baptist Church in Lexington, KY.

Bro. and Mrs. Tienhaara have been serving at Circle C since the beginning in 2005. They handle the music, summer activities, and help in a multitude of other areas.

Bro. Dallas is head of maintenance, while Mrs. Dallas is the camp cook. Bro. and Mrs. Dallas serve in many ministries at the church, and Bro. Dallas travels every week as an evangelist.
